Woods & Partners have been my financial advisers for the last two years. They have mainly provided advice for superannuation, taxation, investment and general wealth management. During this time Ashley Woods has been my main point of contact. Prior to dealing with Woods & Partners I had very little knowledge of the workings of the Superannuation system. Ashley has been fundamental in significantly increasing my understanding of Superannuation and in particular the recent changes introduced by the federal government. He has also contributed significantly to the management of my Superannuation investment portfolio and wealth management. Ashley has an excellent understanding of the Superannuation system and communicates this in a professional and confident way. Ashley is a very personable and easy to talk to operator who responds promptly to any issues I raise with him and is always willing to go above and beyond normal expectations to help me. Ashley applies the same excellent willingness to help to all issues, be they big or small. He is also very proactive with the management of my affairs and not just reactive to questions I raise. Ashley is clearly very customer focused and truly understands that the customer is the most important aspect of his role. It was no surprise for me to learn that Ashley was a finalist for a customer service award and I would be very pleased to see his excellent service rewarded further by winning the award.
